With almost 70 years of history, Colégio Maple Bear Estoril – Sigea has not only preserved its founding principles and values, but has also evolved in line with the demands of modern society and the educational approaches of the late 20th and 21st centuries.
Having started with just 58 pupils, Our school now welcomes nearly 200 students from Preschool to Year 9. Despite this growth, we have maintained one of our defining features — a friendly, family-like atmosphere that allows us to focus on the individual needs of each student, while fostering essential group interaction and collaboration skills.
In addition to valuing each student as a unique individual, we also celebrate cultural diversity: around 30% of our pupils come from abroad, bringing with them a wealth of perspectives and experiences.
One of our main goals is to educate global citizens, offering a bilingual education from Preschool to Year 2.
We also provide Portuguese language support, ensuring that every student feels fully integrated into the Colégio Maple Bear Estoril – Sigea community.
