INFORMAÇÕES PARA O ANO LETIVO de 2026/2027

ENROLLMENT CONDITIONS

  • It is possible to have some financial support given by the Ministério da Educação;
  • O terceiro irmão tem 10% de desconto na mensalidade + 10% na Cantina para o irmão mais novo;
  • The students who participate in extracurricular activities do not pay for the time they spend at school after classes;
  • The students who have three extracurricular activities will have a 50% discount in the third activity;
  • If the monthly fee is paid all together, that is the year fee, there will be a 5% discount;
  • Banco de fardas (guardamos as fardas que já deixaram de servir aos nossos alunos e que estejam em boas condições, para que novos possam utilizá-las, por um valor simbólico, que reverte a favor uma instituição de solidariedade).

1. SCHEDULE OF ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES
Academic activities may take place between 8 AM and 5 PM, with specific schedules varying by educational cycle and finalized before the academic year begins.

2. ENGLISH
From Preschool to Year 2, our students learn through a bilingual approach. Starting from the 2nd Cycle (Year 5), students have the opportunity to attend Cambridge exam preparation classes (as an extracurricular activity).

3. TECHNOLOGY
All students from Year 1 to Year 9 have TIC (Information and Communication Technology) in their curriculum.

4. CATHOLIC MORAL AND RELIGIOUS EDUCATION (E.M.R.C.)
A disciplina de Educação Moral e Religiosa Católica no 2.º e 3.º ciclos, dando-se destaque à educação para os valores e respeitando-se a diversidade cultural e religiosa de todos os alunos e famílias.

5. EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES (OPTIONAL) (facultativas)

6. MEETINGS WITH GUARDIANS
Classroom Teachers (1st Cycle) and Homeroom Teachers (2nd and 3rd Cycles) have a weekly schedule for meetings with guardians, established at the start of the academic year. Guardians may also request additional meetings as needed.

7. RESPONSIBILITIES OF GUARDIANS
• To know the School’s Educational Project and support its implementation;
• To adhere to the School’s Internal Regulations and encourage their children to do the same;
• To inform our staff in writing if someone other than the guardian will pick up their child from the School.

8. LEAVING THE SCHOOL PREMISES
Students are not permitted to leave the School during breaks between classes.

9. ATTENDANCE AND PAYMENT TERMS
The annual tuition fee, as set for each educational level, is due for the school year.
Payment can be made in full or in monthly installments, due on the 8th of each month. Late payments will incur penalties as per the Internal Regulations.
Tuition fees are divided into ten equal installments (September to June), except for Preschool, which is divided into eleven installments (September to July), with the last installment distributed over the first three months of the year. Preschool students opting for July "Tempos Livres" (Free Time) will incur an additional fee.
If public authorities impose suspensions of in-person activities, curriculum reductions, or other changes to the educational service after enrollment/re-enrollment, guardians are not entitled to request a reduction in tuition fees.

10. MEAL AND TRANSPORT SERVICES
These services are billed monthly from September to June (and July for Preschool students).

11. MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF SERVICES
Changes or cancellations must be requested in writing at our staff 15 days before the start of the following month.

12. EXTENDED HOURS
A fee will be charged for extended hours if students remain at the School 30 minutes after academic or extracurricular activities end.

13. SCHOOL INSURANCE
School insurance is billed at the beginning of the academic year, with the amount set annually.

14. ENROLLMENT
No refunds will be issued for withdrawn enrollments.

15. DISCIPLINE
Acts of indiscipline or harm to others on School premises will be sanctioned according to current legislation and the Internal Regulations.
Students are financially responsible for any damages they cause.
